ok................what about Canadians crossing the border????do we really need passports.......................or shall we cross with ID???????? personally............I agree with the passports.............though....not foolproof......................takes alot of objectives away from the ones we actually want stopped. I have no problem being checked..and searched...........beleive me.............entering a foriegn country.........(most don't agree)the old days of having the ability to cross to the US is long gone.....................I say good.....................lets keep the boarder protected!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! first of all........ i do NOT look like the "Lunch Lady" LOL ....... one of these days!!..... one of these days I will get ya all back! LOL.... btw .... the sandwiches were shipped out yesterday.......and they are full of bologna!! lol :o)..........as far as Canada and the border issue regarding Passports , well ... I have a Canookie Pooky Pass so I am not worried... but maybe the Canadians should be LOL.......but seriously.....I wish it could stay the way it is....I think it sends out a more friendly, neighborly statement for both of our Countries, but sad to say....I'd have to agree... the way things are now days...the passport requirement is probably not only a good idea but a necessity ..... :o(

I hope that someone will be able to help me out. I am retired after doing 25 years in Westchester county, NY and I'm looking to do some part time police work on the internet. I need to find a training school or home study computer course that will train for monitoring crime on the internet. Does anyone know of such a course that is available? My e mail address is as follows: nickmaffeijr@msn.com. Any help is appreciated. nm102

Hey, Sarge, did you ever get your sandwich? If so, was it good? I am trying to figure out what "RTP" stands for in Greg's name. I come up with "Route to Prison" for one thing, but, it may not be that, though. In any case, how about some of your stories, RTPCop?, and don't say you ain't got any, cause I know better --- all cops got some kinds of stories. So share em with us.

RTP = Research Triangle Park, (basically a reference to the general area that I am located) RTP is a tech/pharmaceutical/bio R&D area located between three North Carolina cities (Raleigh, Durham & Chapel Hill) It was orginally organized as a collaboration between three universities (located in each city: NCSU, Duke & UNC - respectively). I didn't want to mention a specific dept/agency, and I thought RTP would be a good way to make a non-specific description to my general location. :-)

Hey, Greg, --- I like my version of RTP better. When I lived in Greater Seattle, I was a security officer in one of their city parks, and, I can tell you one thing, there sure were a lot of people in the park who were involved in things that would get them a Route To Prison (RTP) pretty quick. But, your version's o'kay, too.
