"A couple is returning home from a dinner party when the husband does a rolling stop at the corner by their house, as luck would have it, an officer was running traffic and sees the infraction. He proceeds to pull their vehicle over, the husband rolls down his window and demands to know why he is being stopped. The officer explains that he observed the vehicle failing to come to a complete stop, the husband irately denies such a thing. The officer, keeping his composure, again explains the reason for pulling them over. At this time the husband becomes even angrier and vehemently denies not stopping. The wife leans over and says to the officer, "Don't mind my husband, he only gets belligerant when he's drunk."
