While running a speed detail one day. I had a car pass. Now mind you, it's 1500 hrs, bright sunny day, and I'm sitting right along the road for all to see me in a fully marked cruiser. A gentleman drives past me, looks over and proceeds to light a pot pipe right in front of me. Needless to say, I got a nice little DUI pinch out of that one, and he had the nerve to ask me what he did!
